The war between Russia and Ukraine started six months and it completed a half year on August 24th. Ukraine is in plans to move to the International Court against Russian President Vladimir Putin. Ukraine is almost demolished but the nation is battling against Russia. The country received independence 31 years ago on the same day from the Soviet Union. On this occasion, Ukraine is in plans for a special international tribunal that will investigate the alleged crime of aggression of Russia and its President Vladimir Putin. The Statue of Rome was established in 2010 as the definition of the crime of aggression. With none of the countries joining the statue, the investigative charges of aggression never took place.

Andrii Smirnov, deputy head of Ukraine's presidential administration said that the court will make sure that the criminals who started the war on Ukraine will be made accountable very soon. "The world has a short memory. That's why I would like this tribunal to start working next year. The people here are labeled as criminals and are presented as if they cannot travel in the civilized world. 600 suspects have been named by the Ukrainian authorities till date including the senior military officials, commentators and politicians. The tribunal has been drafted and it is ready to be signed by the nations" he said.
